Today, i went to sign my contract for my job and went for a full body check up. I was shock when i saw my weight... i have gain about 7 kg of weight... I am so angry and upset with myself...

I hated myself for being lazy to exercise but like to eat and eat...

I hated myself for having headache easily.....

I hated myself for being fat....

I hated myself for not having motivation to exercise....

I dun wan to return to last time my size... is so damn ugly...

I wan slim down to at least after my BMT size..

In summary, i can only blame myself for the size i am...

So, i decided to exercise every alt day... i hope i have the motivation to slim down...
