Today, i just finish some course, guess what. When the course ended, someone say, we must "go back" tonight by 11pm. whereby, the initial plan is to "go back" tml morning by 7.30. So everyone was unhappy abt it. It is normal cause most of us have our plan for the evening. suddenly want us to book in, who will be happy?

Guess, what is the reason "they" say,

"You guys are misbehaving, throwing face, the attire you wear are so inappropriate and behaving like a 12 yrs old kids, blah blah blah...."

Come on, we are attending a course outside in cilivian attire and that is how we dress up in cilivian. We ahve our freedom to the way we like to dress. The attire stated is, no slippers, shorts berms, etc. everyone follow. all wear t-shirt, jeans and covered shoes to attend the course. is it the wrong attired?? Do they expect us too wear a coat, with long sleeves shirt and pants to attend a non-formal course? it makes not sense rite? We have our freedom when we are not in "there"

Our age range between 18++ - 22yrs old. Of course we will still tend to be more playful at times rite? If you wan us to behave, you should say so even before the start of the course. If you dun like the way we dress, den you say so when the problem arise. Not keep until the end den scold ppl.

If you wan to have a rules and regulations, do it before the start of the activity and not at the end. It will be pointless and only made people hate you more.

There are a lot of liminations to this blog, shall not elaborate...

Just feel that "they" are FUCK UP.... Never care about the morale of the people. People have different mindset. Guess, it will take forever for them to gain the people respect.

GOOD AND BAD LEADERS

Yoz guys, i have not been blogging for a long time le. Something "F*** UP" happen today, which "inspired" me to do some blogging.

I would like to talk about good and bad leaders.

As we all know, there are 2 types of leader. Is either you are good or you are bad. No half way... There are also 2 types of respect, I respect you because of your character, attitude and etc. I can also respect u because you are higher ranking or have higher authority than me. The latter is called "FORCE RESPECT".

Lets talk about good leaders. A good leader will lead by example and not just know how to instruct and asked people to do things. He will reason out with the people and will amke huis stand before the things start. AS in, what i want you to achieve and behave even before the start of the activity. He will also put themselves in the mens or lower ranking shoes, and care about their morale and feelings. He will try not to do things that he dun wan other people to do to him. In general, he care about the morale of the people working under him.

Now, about BAD LEADER. He only know how to talk and instruct people to do. He will join them once in a blue moon. He will not have any words of encouragement and just say it is not enough. Will never be satisfied no matter how hard the person do the things. He will never tell you when he want the given tasks. Instead, he will just called you and say, "I want the report or the documents in 1 hour times and etc." He will not put himself in his men or lower ranking shoes. He thinks he is right. He will willingly accept everything the bigger boss ask him to do. Then, he will shoot the arrows to other people to do and is do it asap. He will even throw away the paper you gave him with all the records and expect you to do it over again. He will also anyhow misplace the paper you gave him. THere are many many more things about a BAD LEADER. You can name it.

I do not dare to say what i say is correct. But, what i feel is that, as a leader, it is very important to look at the morale of your men and etc. Cause, if your men is angry or in low morale, how will they want to work for you willingly. They will only work cause you are my boss, you higher ranking, you bigger than me, i dun do i die. etc...

So to all those leaders out there who happen to read this blog, please remember the phrase below:

"Without men, leaders is nothing. Without leaders, men can still be leaders."
